Repeat prescriptions

It is now possible to e-mail the surgery to request repeat prescriptions. Before clicking on the email link please read the full article and copy the template below to help ensure all information is provided on the email. The email address is given later in this article.

When using this function please be aware that some requests have taken up to 3 days to arrive with us. This is a problem that is out of our control and dependant on the journey that an email takes through various servers. Please do not use this function for urgent prescription requests. Please be reassured that we check the emails twice daily and have controls in place to ensure this is done.
