Make sure you order your medication in time to cover you over the festive period.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Training Event

Our sites will be closed at the dates and times detailed below for staff to take part in 'Time Out Session' / Protected Learning Time, as instructed by the North East & North Cumbria Integrated Care Board. 

These sessions provides an opportunity for staff to learn about new clinical developments, updates to national guidance, and other essential staff training. 

Training Dates: 

The surgeries will close at 12pm on the following dates: 

• Wednesday 17th August 2022
• Wednesday 9th November 2022
• Wednesday 8th February 2023

If you require urgent medical advice whilst the surgery is closed please contact 111. In case of an emergency please call 999. 

The surgeries will reopen the following morning at the usual time.
